Product Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join our global retail deployment program. This is a full remote position, with work aligned with the CET timezone.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for retail initiatives.
  • Lead business analysis (interviews, process mapping, documentation) to support solution design.
  • Manage retail projects within global deployment programs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute retail system rollouts, including boutiques and infrastructure.
  • Drive gap analysis, requirements gathering, and design tracking.
  • Cutover, hypercare, and issue resolution activities leadership.
  • Collaborate across teams to align solutions, resolve SAP/POS/GK integration issues, and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain documentation, dashboards, and SLA reporting.
  • Provide stakeholder updates, escalate issues, and mentor team members.
  • Retail solutions coordination and escalation management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • SAP UI5/Fiori, GK POS setup/troubleshooting, Sovia inventory tools knowledge.
  • Infrastructure coordination, EFT terminal deployment experience.
  • Business analysis skills (use cases, process flows, user stories).
  • Cutover, hypercare, incident management familiarity.
  • OSS notes investigation and project deliverables management ability.
  • ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) expertise.
