Job Description
About the Role
The Strategic Accounts Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales revenue growth by fostering long-term relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develops sales strategies to boost profitability within assigned areas.
• Maintains regular communication with prospects and existing clients, conducts sales presentations, visits, and calls to ensure sales targets are met.
• Collaborates closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to create effective sales activities and their implementation.
• Presents data insights to inform management decisions.
• Sets sales team goals for both new and existing accounts.
• Conducts competitor analysis within assigned areas and refines sales strategies accordingly.
• Develops insightful metrics, builds reports, and supports management in understanding business performance and action points.
• Coaches and mentors the sales team to enhance performance and improve staff efficiency in coordination with the Human Resource Head.

What We're Looking For
• A graduate of any 4-year course or equivalent.

• Must have 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Strong sales presentation skills.

• Energetic and determined individual.

• Familiarity with social media platforms.

• Significant experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the Retail industry.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with clients.

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver tailored solutions.

• Familiarity with Account & Relationship Management best practices and trends.

• Willingness to travel.
