Job Description

This role involves overseeing the entire onboarding process for temporary education professionals. Key responsibilities include credentialing, background checks, documentation, and compliance with district and state requirements.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage onboarding workflows for contractors from offer to start date.
  • Verify state licensure, credentials, and certifications for school personnel.
  • Coordinate and track background checks, TB tests, fingerprinting, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and client portals.

Payroll Support Tasks:
  • Ensure contractor information is complete and accurate for payroll processing.
  • Review weekly timesheets for completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate timely and accurate payment to contractors.

Client Management Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send client contracts to school district contacts for review and signature.
  • Track contract status and follow up for timely return.
  • Maintain organized records of signed contracts and related documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (desired).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in an onboarding, compliance, or credentialing role.
  • Strong knowledge of school district onboarding and credentialing requirements.
