Education Transformation Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments, thrive on managing details and teams, and are passionate about developing high-quality, impactful educational products.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of agile development methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and QA workflows. They will also possess strong organizational and planning skills to manage timelines and blockers effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Sprint & Workflow Management: Organize, execute, and monitor daily product workstreams and agile sprints to ensure timely delivery of features, improvements, and fixes;
    • Quality Control: Partner with leadership to maintain quality standards across product releases; lead testing cycles and QA processes; prioritize bugs and coordinate resolution with development teams;
    • Roadmap & Strategy: Define, prioritize, and maintain the education product roadmap; translate strategic goals into executable development plans; provide realistic delivery estimates and ensure roadmap alignment with team capacity;
    • Team & Capacity Management: Oversee and support remote teams; track and manage workflows, resourcing, and output; act as a communication bridge between leadership and delivery teams;
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across design, product, tech, and operations to ensure alignment; lead stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; communicate status, risks, and progress;
    • Analytics & Reporting: Track sprint metrics and performance indicators; provide reports to leadership; use data to inform planning and prioritization decisions;

What We're Looking For / Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in product management, project delivery, or related roles within SaaS, tech, education, or similar sectors;
  • Product & Workflow Management: Deep understanding of agile development methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, QA workflows;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate across engineering, design, and leadership teams;
  • Team & Capacity Management: Experience working with remote teams;
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong organizational and planning skills;
  • Self-Starter: Initiative-taker, independent worker, comfortable in a remote-first environment;
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Comfortable working with culturally diverse teams;
