**Project Finance Specialist Role Summary**: This role plays a crucial part in developing and refining financial models, delivering on investor reporting requirements, and managing operating portfolios of renewable energy assets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Financial Modeling: Develop and enhance portfolio-level financial models to inform budgets and reforecasts.
  • Project Budgeting: Produce project level budget to actual variance analysis and communicate findings to operational teams.
  • Operational Risk Management: Highlight and investigate underperformance and optimization opportunities of operating assets leading to actionable recommendations that drive improved results.
  • Reporting and Deliverables: Prepare reporting packages and various deliverables to investors and lenders.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with operational teams to ensure delivery of key alerts and protect portfolios from operational risk.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in related field or relevant coursework preferred
  • Creative mindset with proven analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating information
