A Financial Administrator position is available in a dynamic and progressive organization.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data entry, inputting data from paper documents into QuickBooks, and reconciling bills. This role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Data Entry: Accurately input data, including purchase orders (POs) and invoices, into QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Inputting Data: Transfer data from paper documents, emails, and other sources into electronic formats, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- QuickBooks Management: Utilize QuickBooks to organize and manage financial data, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconciling Bills: Reconcile bills and invoices with accounts payable records, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with generating financial reports, statements, and summaries as requested by management or clients.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Strong numerical and data entry skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Certification in bookkeeping or accounting (e.g., Associate's degree in Accounting or relevant field).
- Experience with reconciling bills and accounts payable processes.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
