Project Coordinator

This role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, and task assignment to team members
  • Negotiate with vendors, manage contracts, and optimize costs for maximum value
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, risks, and issues
  • Analyze financial data, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive business growth
  • Liaise with stakeholders, communicate project updates, and provide timely feedback to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, procurement, finance, or a similar role
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, Excel, and relevant tools
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and industry standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external partners
