Job Overview

We are seeking a senior e-commerce web designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing conversion-focused designs for e-commerce websites and will be able to analyze data to inform design decisions.

About the Role

This is a remote position that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver results. The successful candidate will have experience in designing and optimizing high-converting e-commerce websites using data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRO-Driven Web Design: Develop landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows that guide users to take action.
  • Conversion-Focused Design Principles: Apply principles of user experience and conversion rate optimization to maximize revenue from existing traffic.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze conversion rates, bounce rates, and cart abandonment rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a senior e-commerce web designer with a portfolio showing CRO-driven websites.
  • E-commerce Samples: A minimum of 5 e-commerce samples demonstrating measurable conversion improvements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Elementor, and Shopify.
  • CRO Principles: Strong understanding of CRO principles for e-commerce, including increasing purchases and maximizing revenue from existing traffic.
