Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled e-commerce specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Shopify development, social media strategy, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shopify Development (50%):
    • Build, customize, and maintain our Shopify store for optimal performance and conversion;
    • Launch new product pages, landing pages, and promotional campaigns;
    • Integrate apps, marketing tools, and analytics platforms;
    • Ensure a mobile-optimized, visually engaging, and user-friendly store experience;
    • Monitor and improve site SEO, page speed, and conversion rates.
  • Social Media Strategy & Execution (50%):
    • Plan and post daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook;
    • Create eye-catching graphics, short videos, and engaging captions that match our brand voice;
    • Manage community engagement—reply to comments, messages, and tagged posts;
    • Run paid ad campaigns and track performance;
    • Collaborate with influencers and brand partners to boost reach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years working with Shopify (theme customization, app integrations, troubleshooting);
  • Minimum 2 years managing brand social media accounts;
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS/Liquid and Shopify admin features;
  • Strong graphic design ability (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator);
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices;
  • Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal.
