Job Overview

The role of Project Coordinator is a critical component in the success of project initiatives. This position entails coordinating daily activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely communication among stakeholders.

This role requires strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The successful candidate will have experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting in complex environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Manage project schedules, track action items, and report deadlines
  • Assist in planning meetings, note-taking, and follow-up coordination
  • Maintain and regularly update project plans, timelines, and task trackers
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communication
  • Prepare draft reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed
  • Monitor workstream progress and flag potential risks or delays
  • Ensure contract or grant compliance and maintain relevant documentation
  • Organize and manage shared folders and files for proper version control
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and technical leads

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting in complex environments
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
