A highly organized Financial Management Professional is sought to maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and reconcile accounts. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain up-to-date financial records with precision and attention to detail
- Process payments and invoices in a timely manner to ensure seamless cash flow
- Reconcile accounts and prepare comprehensive financial reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts that meet business objectives
- Communicate effectively with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies by maintaining accurate records and adhering to industry standards
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel to analyze data and identify trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex financial issues
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
- Professional certification in accounting or finance is an asset
