Finance Business Partner Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to join our finance team as a Junior Finance Business Partner.

You will play a key support role, bridging day-to-day financial operations with business unit collaboration. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, maintaining payment records, and supporting financial reconciliation activities.

You will work closely with designated business units to provide financial insights, assist in aligning financial targets with operational goals, and help reinforce internal financial controls.

As a fully remote role, you will have the flexibility to work from your home location and enjoy a comfortable and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Processing: Process invoices for payment requests promptly and accurately, ensuring all invoices are approved in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaison with Vendors: Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
  • Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile payments made by executives against company records, ensuring all payments are correctly accounted for and discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
  • Payment Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment records.
Administrative Functions
  • Financial and Administrative Records: Assist in maintaining financial and administrative records.
  • Financial Controls: Support the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and procedures.
  • Finance Team Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Business Unit Collaboration
  • Primary Finance Contact: Act as the primary finance contact for designated business units.
  • Financial Insights: Provide financial insights and support to business unit managers to aid in decision-making.
  • Alignment: Ensure alignment between business unit objectives and financial targets.
