Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relations:
    • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters.
    • Conduct client consultations to understand their real estate goals.
  • Property Marketing:
    • List and advertise properties on various platforms.
    • Host open houses, property tours, and showings.
    • Create compelling marketing materials, including property descriptions and photography.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Research and analyze local market trends.
    • Provide clients with pricing strategies and comparative market analyses (CMA).
  • Transaction Management:
    • Draft and review contracts, purchase agreements, and lease documents.
    • Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes.
    • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
  • Negotiation:
    • Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients.
    • Mediate between buyers and sellers to ensure fair agreements.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and schedules.
    • Stay updated on market regulations, financing options, and industry standards.
