We are seeking a Creative Caption Lead to spearhead our captioning team in a high-volume, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft engaging captions that drive subscriptions and fan loyalty.
  • Develop unique model voice profiles and train team members on adapting to specific voices.
  • Maintain efficient captioning systems, workflows, and content calendars.
  • Stay trend-savvy and performance-driven to ensure timely delivery of captions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two to three years of professional copywriting experience in social media or creator-based platforms is required.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone across multiple personas or brands are essential.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Zoom, and WhatsApp is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing, creator economies, or fan engagement industries is preferred.
  • A background in Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or Marketing is also desirable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging captions, developing unique model voice profiles, and maintaining efficient captioning systems. They will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and deliver captions in a timely manner.
