Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Management Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our infrastructure division. The successful candidate will ensure that all bank tasks are completed, assist in the creation of baseline documents, and work on process improvements and Continuous Improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support team members with project-related and BAU activities to maximize organizational impact and productivity.
  2. Ensure compliance with standards and best practices when necessary.
  3. Gather data and create reports for senior management consumption.
  4. Work with the team to track and complete action items based on audit results.
  5. Assist with creation of FFE and VPRC documents and track their status.
  6. Escalate IT requests with significant issues and risks to the division head.
  7. Support projects and BAU activities by working on logistics.
  8. Consolidate data for ITG leadership requests.
  9. Monitor the IT Request Budget and Costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a PMO Analyst (non-negotiable).
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques (non-negotiable).
  • Experience in Reports Generation, Foreign Asset Inventory, and multitasking (non-negotiable).
  • Excellent computer skills, prioritization, communication, and analysis and critical thinking skills.

Good to Have: Experience in banking.
