Our organization is seeking a seasoned software engineer with expertise in designing, coding, testing, correcting, and documenting complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications and subsequent iterations.

About the Role
  • As a critical member of our team, you will work closely with Microsoft Power Platform including PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI to deliver high-quality solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement complex enhancements or solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert identifying and selecting best approaches to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage multiple development and support tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Facilitate group and application review meetings to ensure effective decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises, maintaining adherence to established policies and technical recovery plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant development and support experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge in SDLC and Service Management tools (ex. ServiceNow).
  • Experience in application development, design, and integration.
  • Able to analyze complex issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and responsive to challenging priorities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Copilot Studio, Power Pages, and PowerBI Reports.
