Digital Marketing Specialist



About the Role:

This is a full-time position in our marketing and sales department, focusing on digital marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and post engaging content on social media platforms to attract and retain customers.
  • Assist with basic website updates and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Run online ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google) to attract new clients and drive sales.
  • Monitor campaign results and suggest improvements to optimize performance.
  • Support other marketing activities to increase visibility and brand awareness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in social media management, landing pages, meta and Google ads. Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is also required. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines is essential. Basic understanding of websites and SEO is a plus, as is experience in the disability or healthcare sector.
