Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management:

  • Ensure seamless project execution, from planning to closure.
Automation Expertise:
  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and improve data accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain automation tools, systems, and processes to support business growth.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging automation trends and technologies, ensuring the organization remains competitive.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Proven expertise in integrating automation tools and processes in marketing operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Circle.so and GiveButter platforms, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Client-centric approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
