Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to drive our digital presence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute compelling content strategies for Instagram and other platforms
  • Develop and manage Cellexia's social media accounts, with a focus on Instagram and Reels
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure high-quality visuals and content
  • Nurture relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Track influencer deliverables and performance metrics
  • Engage with our online community through comments, DMs, and story interactions
  • Report on engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on data analysis
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or influencer management (beauty industry experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience using tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.)
  • Knowledge of influencer outreach strategies and UGC collaboration management
  • Aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury and beauty brands
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, organized mindset
  • Familiarity with skincare products and online beauty communities is an advantage
