Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our production processes. This position is responsible for monitoring and improving production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality systems such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Pre-requisite programs, and HACCP system. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting production process monitoring, coordinating non-conformities with respective teams, and issuing Corrective Action Requests (CAR) on deviations related to food safety and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct production process monitoring and ensure compliance to the standards
- Coordinate process non-conformities to respective Production Officers/Team leaders and other Departments
- Monitor and control wastages in the productions line
- Issue CAR on the food safety and quality deviations and monitor the implementation of CAPA
- Communicate with Operations Manager/Production Supervisors/other Department Heads on any non-conformities to facilitate CAPA implementation and closure

Requirements:
- College Diploma with the Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Material Science Engineering, and other science-related courses
- With at least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With knowledge in GWP, GTP, and HACCP Principles
- Well-informed about Food Safety Management System or ISO 22000
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule (morning, afternoon, night)
