Quality Assurance Associate - In Line (Pooling)The QA Associate ensures that all functions and duties within the scope of responsibility are executed and complied properly and consistently to achieve product safety and high standards of quality. This position also ensures full implementation and compliance to Food Safety and Quality Systems such as Good Manufacturing Practices, Pre-requisite programs and HACCP system in the Production Line, washing area and cleaning area.ResponsibilitiesProduction Process Compliance Monitoring and ImprovementConduct production process monitoring and ensure compliance to the standardsCoordination of process non-conformities to respective Production Officers / Team leaders and other DepartmentsMonitors and controls the wastages in the productions lineIssuance of CAR on the food safety and quality deviations and monitor the implementation of CAPA.Communication with the Operations Manager / Production Supervisors / other Department Heads on any non-conformities to facilitate CAPA implementation and closureProduction and Other areas GMP / HACCP ComplianceProvides assistance on the documentation and implementation of GWP / GTP/HACCP and other Food Safety SystemsEnsure that GWP/GTP/HACCP systems are cascaded to all Production Staff and OfficersConducts GWP/HACCP audit and ensure complianceConducts GWP/HACCP refresher training in collaboration with the FSQMS divisionCorrection and Corrective action closure of external audit findingsCoordination of audit observations with the responsible sections and come up with the CAPA of each non-conformityGives CAPA plan to the external auditor and follow up acceptanceMonitor the closure of each observed non-conformities and verification process for possible recurrenceFood Safety Management System and Process ImprovementProvide improvement projects related to Food Safety and Quality Systems within the scope of responsibilityEnsure compliance to Food Safety Management System requirementsAdministrative and Operational EfficiencyCross functional to other areas and collaboration with other QA AssociateEnsures that all functions are performed accurately and finished in a timely mannerPerforms other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the SuperiorParticipation in the cost savings programHigher degree of punctualityQualifications and RequirementsCollege Diploma with the Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Material Science Engineering, and other science related coursesWith at least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience but fresh graduates are welcome to applyWith knowledge in GWP, GTP and HACCP PrinciplesWell informed about Food Safety Management System or ISO 22000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
