Job Title: US Senior Accountant

We are seeking a seasoned accountant with strong technical expertise and leadership potential to join our team at Global Finance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Perform end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare and present financial reports for senior management, showcasing key insights and trends.
  • Leadership: Partner with the Finance Controller on ASC 606 recording and commission expense reporting. Design and implement processes for capitalizing software development costs under ASC 350.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process and system improvements, increasing efficiency and productivity. Participate in software implementations, process upgrades, and cross-training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience.
  • 2-3 years in Big 4 audit or multinational companies.
  • At least 2 years working with U.S. clients (insurance and tech company experience is a plus).
  • Strong exposure to ASC 606.
  • QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Credit Card transaction experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
