Job Description

We are seeking a skilled System Optimization Specialist to join our team and help us drive operational efficiency through effective tooling, automation, and workflow management.

This is a key role for someone who thrives on analyzing complex systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements that drive business growth.

As a System Optimization Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and maintain company-wide tools and systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

You will also be responsible for streamlining workflows, automating tasks, and generating insights through data analysis to support informed decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in system optimization, process improvement, and automation in a fast-paced IT industry or software environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar platforms to support workflow automation and operational efficiency.
  • Proven hands-on experience using reporting and analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
