Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of our AI-powered clinical operating system, ClinicOS. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting our AI-first future and building production applications powered by LLMs.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning. They should have strong programming skills using Typescript and/or Python, as well as experience designing and building modern, customer-facing APIs.

We are looking for a mid-senior level engineer who can work directly with our Head of Engineering and CEO to build AI systems that deliver world-class healthcare at software scale. Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and lead our AI systems across the entire company, ensuring high reliability and proper fallbacks.
  2. Drive AI adoption across our clinical operating system, automating manual processes and creating AI assistants that enhance our clinical team.
  3. Develop strategic vision for our AI strategy, combining deep technical expertise with business acumen.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of highly relevant experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning.
  • Strong programming skills using Typescript and/or Python.
  • Experience designing and building modern, customer-facing APIs.
  • Ability to lead engineering team members and drive strategic vision.
