We are seeking a skilled WordPress Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and customizing WordPress themes to create visually engaging, user-friendly websites. The focus is on theme customization, layout design, branding, and enhancing user experience through thoughtful visual presentation.

This position balances website creation for clients and marketing design initiatives, requiring a deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and customize WordPress themes to align with branding and UX goals, optimizing graphics for performance and responsiveness across devices.
  • Create visual assets, page layouts, and mockups for new websites or redesigns, collaborating with content creators and developers on integrated designs.
  • Enhance user journey and experience through layout and design improvements, maintaining consistent visual identity across all digital properties.
  • Support marketing-driven assets such as landing pages, banners, CTAs, and email templates, staying updated on design trends, tools, and WordPress innovations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in web and graphic design, with a background in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices, skilled in translating marketing goals into effective design strategies.
  • Clear and coherent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts, collaborate with team members, and engage with clients.
