Caption Lead

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled professional to drive our captioning team in a high-volume, creative environment.

You'll play a critical role in shaping the voice of our brand across multiple models and platforms, ensuring every caption is authentic and drives engagement and conversions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Craft persuasive and engaging captions for various content types.
  • Develop tone guides for each model, collaborating with content leads and creators.
  • Maintain captioning systems, workflows, and standards.
  • Coordinate with schedulers to ensure timely delivery of captions.
  • Stay trend-savvy and performance-driven, tracking trends and assessing content performance.
Requirements:
  • At least 2–3 years of professional copywriting experience in social media or creator-based platforms.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience adapting tone across multiple personas or brands.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Zoom, and WhatsApp.
  • Familiarity with using analytics to inform content strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in digital marketing, creator economies, or fan engagement industries.
  • Background in Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or Marketing.
  • Previous exposure to adult-themed content (in a professional or agency setting).
  • Experience in remote team leadership and fast-paced content production cycles.
