Senior Infrastructure Specialist

As a seasoned Technical Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of our production systems. This involves leveraging your expertise in Web3/blockchain technologies to manage, optimize, and enhance our platform infrastructure.
Responsibilities include blockchain network management, complex Web3 issue resolution, proactive system monitoring, incident & SLO management, automation & optimization, technical collaboration, and on-call support.
Key Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 5 years in Technical Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles with advanced Linux/Unix system administration skills.
- Deep experience managing complex Web3 infrastructures and interpreting blockchain logs, JSON-RPC responses, and debugging intricate Web3 protocol issues.
- Solid hands-on experience with configuration management and infrastructure automation tools, including containerization expertise and cloud environment management.
- Competency in scripting/programming languages and advanced proficiency in monitoring and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to identify performance patterns, forecast potential issues, and implement preventive solutions.
