Project-Based HubSpot Specialist

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead the migration of an existing SaaS marketing website to HubSpot CMS. This is a project-based role with potential for continued collaboration depending on performance and future needs.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience migrating websites to HubSpot CMS, strong understanding of HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub Pro tools, familiarity with support migrations from Freshdesk or similar platforms, competency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, HubL) and UX best practices, excellent communication skills, and ability to translate requirements into actionable results.

Beyond technical skills, we're looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and can bring strategic insight and hands-on execution.

Migrate our entire marketing website (approximately 15 pages) to HubSpot CMS, ensuring clean code, responsive design, and optimized performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Migrate our entire marketing website to HubSpot CMS
  2. Ensure SEO best practices are followed during migration
  3. Set up key HubSpot tools across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to align with company goals
  4. Lead the migration from Freshdesk to HubSpot Service Hub, ensuring proper configuration of ticket pipelines, automation, knowledge base, and live chat
  5. Integrate CRM features and automation across the platform, ensuring smooth data flow and usability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience migrating websites to HubSpot CMS
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, and especially Service Hub Pro tools
  • Familiarity with support migrations from Freshdesk or similar platforms
