Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for team members regarding questions about processes or products.
  • Collaborating with Training associates to onboard new hires.
  • Reviewing calls and tickets to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
  • Sending nightly updates or end-of-day reports.
  • Handling calls and tickets while providing excellent service to clients or customers.
  • Maintaining Quality Assurance audits and monitoring calls.
  • Monitoring team attendance and updating leadership on any issues/updates.

We're seeking a Team Leader with:

  • Strong English language skills and a background in performance management concepts.
  • Flexibility regarding work hours and openness to shifting schedules.
  • Excellent coaching knowledge and skills to develop and improve agent performance.
  • A customer-focused mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of call center tools and processes, as well as leadership skills to develop plans and allocate resources.
