Job Opportunity

Kitsch is seeking a motivated and talented EDI professional to provide production support and coordinate new EDI implementations.

As an EDI specialist, you will monitor EDI systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the Order Management Team and Warehouse to maintain uninterrupted Daily Business Processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor EDI communications to ensure uninterrupted data exchange with partners.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and track EDI-related issues, collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve timely resolution.
  • Coordinate the setup of new EDI trading partners and document implementations.
  • Assist with EDI testing, including data setup and document testing with trading partners.
  • Recommend enhancements to systems and business processes to optimize EDI efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize warehouse space utilization.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement necessary corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in Transportation Industry or Logistics field.
  • 1+ year of experience in Customer Service or related field.
  • EDI Experience.
  • Preferred: Experience in Warehouse Distribution, Order Picking and Buying.
