As a Marketing Lead, you will provide excellence by:

  • Managing and executing all marketing efforts with a primary focus on bringing in new students.
  • Creating and editing marketing content for emails, website updates, and promotional materials.
  • Following up with students and leads using spreadsheets to maintain and update the pipeline of prospective participants and clients.
  • Responding to scholarship requests and guiding applicants through the decision-making process.
  • Taking ownership of outreach efforts, including email follow-ups and phone calls, to convert leads into program participants or corporate clients.
  • Actively participating in live classes, managing breakout rooms, tracking attendance, and keeping records of student participation.
  • Maintaining and improving workflows for marketing and student engagement processes.
Requirements
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools, website management systems, graphic design software, and project management tools.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with creating digital content and managing online platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in communications and deliverables.
  • Confidence in managing and updating pipelines.

Work Schedule

You are expected to work during US business hours following the client's schedule. You may also be expected to work on occasional weekends due to business needs.
