Network Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to lead the design and deployment of our next-gen BNG, edge, and access platforms using high-performance, open-source-driven stacks.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable and secure network architectures.
  • Develop and deploy complex network configurations, including BGP edge routers with RPKI/ROV, uRPF, Flowspec, and RTBH.
  • Engineer and integrate IPoE BNG systems with per-sub QoS enforcement, DHCPv6-PD, and IPv6-first routing.
  • Mentor junior engineers and develop technical documentation for network operations.
  • Implement observability tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, sFlow/NetFlow, and Alertmanager.
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in ISP-grade routing/switching.
  • Strong understanding of BGP/OSPF, PPPoE/IPoE, uRPF, QoS, NAT, and AAA protocols.
  • Familiarity with Proxmox, Linux, containerized monitoring (Docker/Prometheus stack).
  • Experience with optical fiber networks, OLT/ONU provisioning, VLAN planning.
  • Ability to work effectively in a countryside setting.
  • Bonus Skills:
  • Knowledge of Ansible/Git-based config deployment.
  • Scripting skills for automation (Python, shell, REST API use).
  • Experience with multicast, EVPN, or MPLS in SP environments.
