Job Description:

The Financial Systems Team is seeking a talented Analyst to join their ranks as they shift to a process ownership model. This role involves performing system administration support and assistance for period closing activities using the Financial Systems platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate assignment and resolution of ServiceNow tickets and user support, including user access management, addressing issues from end users, technical support, and guidance.
  • Effectively communicate with users to gather issue details and relay resolution steps.
  • Assist on system enhancement and continuous improvement projects, maintain database integrity through data validations and reviews, and perform routine system maintenance accurately and timely.
  • Support ad-hoc requests and contribute in standardization and/or process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting Technology, Financial Information Systems or related fields.
  • 1-3 years corporate accounting and/or financial analysis experience, understanding of accounting processes coupled with financial systems knowledge preferred.
  • Strong aptitude for applications and systems, experience in OneStream, Cadency, Blackline, Longview, PowerBI and/or ticketing tools is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while remaining organized with strict attention to detail.
