Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description:
  • Manage transactional tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Collect and review required documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare and review CD/HUD forms using lender instructions.
  • Assemble, prepare, and review all closing documents before the closing date.
  • Calculate prorated taxes and interest to ensure accurate financial disbursements at closing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least three years of experience as an Escrow Officer, Closing Coordinator, or Real Estate Paralegal.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with real estate closing processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Clear and confident English communication skills, both written and verbal.
