MegaXcess IT Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant to analyze and improve our business processes. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather requirements from stakeholders and document them for use in system development and implementation.
  • System Development: Collaborate with the IT team to develop new systems and implement upgrades to meet business needs.
  • Implementation and Upgrades: Perform implementation and upgrades of information systems to meet systems and user needs.
  • Technical Documentation: Create technical documentation of current and future system processes.

Job Competencies:

  • Business Analysis Experience: 2-3 years of experience working with business analysis, preferably in System Analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Specifications:

  • Education: Bachelor/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience working with business analysis and process improvement.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
