Clinical Fieldwork Coordinator

About the Role:

The Clinical Fieldwork Coordinator is a key team member responsible for the execution of clinical projects. This role involves managing field operations, sample strategies, and coordinating with respondents and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end project management including link setup, testing, and delivery of study invitations via custom tools.
  • Sampling control and management from internal invites to custom recruitment.
  • Understanding of project recruitment methodology and coordination with project assistants for maximum results.
  • Sampling plan development and liaison with other teams for internal sample resources.
  • Regular review of projects and notification of project managers when internal sampling strategies are exhausted.
  • Recruitment updates to the project management team upon request.
  • Project completion in line with client timelines.
  • Alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient.
  • Sampling performance tracking and reporting at a project level.
  • Expertise in M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools for project deliverability.
  • Addressing project managers and stakeholders' requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required.
  • 0-1 year of market research experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable, independently motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and platforms preferred.
  • Ability to meet and exceed key metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software.
  • Basic math skills with ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates profit, etc.
  • Interest/natural curiosity/previous experience/exposure within the healthcare space.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively.
  • Autonomous and team-working capabilities to successfully meet study-specific and departmental objectives.
