As a Senior Client Insights Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing scalable insight engines, prototype decision-support systems, and leading analytics across high-impact problem spaces.

This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs, develop tailored dashboards and insight narratives, and lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve commercial and operational levers
  • Developing and maintaining repeatable insight models and driving cross-client insight standardisation and reporting automation
  • Mentoring junior analysts in client-facing analytics skills and promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data science, economics, statistics, business, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in analytics, including client-facing, commercial, or strategic work. Expert-level SQL and communication skills are also required.

Additional requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work
  • Expert-level SQL and communication skills

Preferred qualifications include experience in fintech, financial services, or recovery analytics, as well as familiarity with Snowflake and/or cloud-native data environments.
