Job Title: Data Platform Specialist

FPT Cloud is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our PaaS team. As a Data Platform Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling mission-critical platform services.

About the Role

You will be responsible for implementing and integrating data platform components, including Kafka, NiFi, Airflow, Spark, Flink, Iceberg, Trino, Superset, and dbt.

  • Design technical architecture for cloud data platforms.
  • Implement and integrate data platform components.
  • Build and operate CI/CD systems and infrastructure as code.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data pipelines.
  • Support deployment, configuration, and optimization of cloud data platforms.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure service SLA compliance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience deploying or operating at least some data platform services.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python or Bash).
  • Experience with CI/CD and GitOps.
