Job Overview

  • You will manage communication, tasks, and follow-ups to help the owner stay focused and effective.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include reviewing, prioritizing, and tagging emails, as well as executing administrative tasks such as pulling reports and drafting emails.

  • You will provide end-of-day summaries outlining completed and pending tasks, using folders, tags, and lists to manage and track assignments.
  • Occasionally you will handle personal errands like scheduling or research.
  • You will upload and organize files using a remote desktop system and send or respond to emails on behalf of the owner as needed.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented with strong proactive communication skills.

  • They should be able to read emails mid-thread and understand what's important without needing everything spelled out.
  • Strong technical skills are essential, including comfort navigating email, online tools, and making calls when needed.
  • A minimum of general work experience is required.
