Senior Technical Support Specialist

This is a high-profile technical support role where you will provide expert-level assistance to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for external customers and internal team members through various communication channels.

- Provide timely and efficient technical support via phone, chat, and ticket channels to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize downtime.
- Identify bugs, reproduce, report, and collaborate with escalation engineers to resolve technical issues and implement fixes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials to enhance internal and external knowledge sharing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including follow-ups, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on client products, services, and competitor offerings to deliver exceptional support and drive business growth.
- Minimum 4+ years of strong Tier 1 level Technical Support and Customer Service experience.
- Proven ability to handle high volumes of tickets, phone calls, and chats in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent degree/experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
