Business Development Representative Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to drive our expansion efforts and establish connections with potential clients in need of professional security services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales team with potential clients requiring security solutions
  • Conduct B2B outreach to businesses throughout California that could benefit from security solutions
  • Adhere to established processes and standards for lead generation and client engagement

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or appointment setting roles
  • A strong track record of generating leads and setting qualified appointments
  • Excellent communication skills for professional client outreach and relationship building
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and business development tools
  • A self-motivated individual with strong time management and organizational skills
