Project Manager Role Overview

This critical role ensures the smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for project administration tasks, scheduling, tracking, and managing project documentation.
  • Offer support to the Head of Operations and project team as needed.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings — scheduling, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist in defining project plans, milestones, activities, and resource requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project and resource schedules.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports.
  • Assist in identifying scope changes and drafting change requests.
  • Utilize internal tools to inform the team about activities, milestones, and blockers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience working with collaborative web-based tools is required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary.
  • A good understanding of business processes is crucial.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and quickly learn new technologies is required.
  • Proficiency in Agile Methodology is necessary.
  • About 5+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Comfortable running small to medium-sized projects independently with minimal guidance.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
