Job Description:
The primary function of this role is to effectively manage cash and inventory within the organization. This entails overseeing the collection of payments from patients, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring the availability of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the collection of payments from patients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Implement and maintain an effective inventory control system.
- Ensure the availability of products by managing stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and inventory movements.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Applicants must hold a degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field. Proficiency in finance-related courses is advantageous. Additionally, candidates with prior experience in inventory and cash handling are preferred.
Work Arrangements:
Full-time position available working 6 days a week on-site at our clinic. Clinic hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00/7:00 PM with one weekday off.
