Job Title: Quantitative Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Project Manager to join our team.

This is a mid-senior level position responsible for managing quantitative market research projects. The successful candidate will work with clients, partners, and healthcare professionals to collect and analyze data.

About the Role:
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including client communication, sample recruitment, and data quality checks.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to setup and test surveys, prepare samples, and conduct quality audits.
  • Coordinate project kick-off meetings to ensure all parties understand project specifications, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors to facilitate accurate and timely deliverables.
  • Monitor productivity and quality of data collection, producing regular updates and progress reports on project status.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly solve problems and identify potential issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, successfully meeting study-specific and departmental objectives.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
