Healthcare Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Specialist to join our team in a temporary work-from-home capacity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting clinical reviews of cases not meeting criteria, performing clinical intake, and adjudicating or escalating as necessary. Additionally, they will handle interactions with facility personnel and providers in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical reviews of cases not meeting criteria
  • Perform clinical intake and adjudicate or escalate as necessary
  • Handle interactions with facility personnel and providers in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Active PRC and USRN License
  • At least 2 years Bedside Experience
  • At least 2 years Triage Phone handling experience
  • Preferably with ER / OR / Medical Surgical / UR / UM / Triage / ICU / Hemodialysis experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Good knowledge in Healthcare or Medical domain
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule - night and graveyard shift
  • Willing to work on holidays/weekends
