Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to Australian-based users via various communication channels.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary responsibility will be to respond to their inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Responding to inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Making outbound calls to address customer issues.
  • Managing a queue of tickets with competing priorities and triaging or actioning them as required.
  • Escalating complex issues to internal teams or 3rd party partners when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in a customer support/service or help desk role; ideally in finance-related areas.
  • Lending experience (consumer-facing or phone).
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Technically minded and able to navigate new systems with ease.
