Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service via chat and email, ensuring seamless support and excellent user experience in English.
- Act as the voice of our customers, collecting feedback, and reporting issues to drive product improvement.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance our product and services, making a direct impact on customer satisfaction.
- Represent our brand, building trustful relationships with our customers through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer support or service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with experience dealing with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex customer issues effectively.
- Good observational skills for process and product improvement, enabling data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written proficiency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment under pressure.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes.
- Capability to work within the Central European Summer Time (CEST) time zone, committing to 40 hours per week, distributed as 8 hours per day, excluding a 1-hour lunch break.
