About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join our organization as a skilled intake specialist, responsible for handling incoming calls and gathering relevant information from clients.

You will be working closely with our team to provide exceptional caller experiences, enter details into our case management system, and assign leads to account executives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls to gather client information
  • Gathering details regarding plaintiff information, attorney information, case types, prior litigation fundings, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage
  • Entering details into the case management system and creating leads
  • Assigning leads to account executives
  • Providing exceptional caller experience to clients
Requirements:
  • Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a customer service representative in a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet skills
  • Ability to work on shifting schedules
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Meet typing requirement of 40 WPM
  • Excellent time management, adaptability, and accountability
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid speed
  • Computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or above
