Responsibilities:

  • Policy Development: Develop and refine policy frameworks to align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with operations, quality, and learning experience teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

  • Policy Interpretation: Provide expert guidance on policy interpretation and implementation, ensuring consistency across global operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Policy Governance: 5+ years of experience in policy governance, operations, content moderation, or a similar analytical and operational role.

  • Prior Experience with Large-Scale Operations: Proven ability to create and refine policy in partnership with large-scale operations or BPO environments.

  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing directions with limited guidance.

  • Demonstrated Ability to Work Effectively in Global Teams: Demonstrated experience working effectively across global, multicultural, and multilingual teams, solving ambiguous problems and driving scaled solutions.
