This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-driven professional to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts from end-to-end.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain product listings that are accurate and optimized for performance.
  • Manage shipments from creation to successful delivery, ensuring timely and efficient logistics.
  • Conduct daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear and proactive communication.
  • Handle refunds, replacements, and resolve negative feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and recommend solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing fixes before issues escalate.
  • Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales potential.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team to drive growth and success on the Amazon platform.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
